About The Position
Behavioral Milestones is seeking experienced ABA Therapists or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide naturalistic, play-based therapy in clients’ homes and communities. The role focuses on using everyday activities and environments—such as family meals, games, and community outings—as opportunities for learning and to support clients’ functional, real-world success and independence. Therapists collect accurate data while maintaining the natural flow of sessions, collaborate with supervisors and families, and implement supervisor feedback. The agency describes its approach as combining the science of applied behavior analysis with engaging activities to support children at home, in the classroom, and in the community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-home ABA experience.
- Ability to use a creative, naturalistic approach across home and community environments.
- Persistence and a commitment to high clinical standards.
- Willingness to receive and implement supervisor feedback.
