About The Position

Behavioral Milestones is seeking an experienced ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide naturalistic, play-based therapy in clients’ homes and community settings. The role focuses on creating engaging, real-world learning opportunities and embedding goals into everyday activities rather than relying on rigid, table-based programs. Clinicians collect accurate data while maintaining the natural flow of sessions and collaborate with supervisors and families to support functional outcomes. The position includes in-person BCBA support, opportunities for advancement, training and development, and a monthly bonus program. Compensation is $40.00–$60.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home ABA experience; required.
• Ability to use creative, naturalistic engagement across settings such as the home, grocery store, or park.
• Persistence and commitment to high clinical standards.
• Willingness to implement supervisor feedback.
