About The Position
Behavioral Milestones is hiring an experienced ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide naturalistic, play-based therapy in clients’ homes and communities in the Elbridge, New York area. The role focuses on turning everyday activities and environments into engaging learning opportunities, collecting accurate data while maintaining the natural flow of sessions, and working collaboratively with supervisors and families to support functional, real-world outcomes. Clinicians receive in-person BCBA support and are encouraged to share clinical feedback and incorporate supervisor guidance. The organization combines the science of applied behavior analysis with engaging activities to support children’s independence at home, in the classroom, and in the community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-home ABA experience.

- Experience as a seasoned RBT.
- Creativity in using different environments and everyday activities to support learning.
Responsibilities
