About The Position

ABA Technician – Children & Families Looking for meaningful work where you can learn, grow, and make an impact? Join Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) as a Behavior Technician. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them work toward individualized goals involving communication, social interaction, behavior, and everyday independence. What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives. Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.
