About The Position

Join Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) as a Behavior Technician and engage in meaningful work where you can learn, grow, and make an impact. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and desire hands-on experience in behavioral health. ABTC will support your development through paid training, clinical guidance, and mentorship. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, assisting them in achieving individualized goals related to communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily independence. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities acquire essential skills for greater independence. Through personalized and engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work individually with children to enhance communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Utilizing positive reinforcement and tailored strategies, they also guide children in developing safer and more effective methods for managing challenging behaviors. ABA focuses on celebrating progress, from learning to express needs to mastering daily routines, interacting with others, or reaching new milestones. Each session offers an opportunity to foster a child's confidence, skill development, and independence at home and within the community. At ABTC, we believe that excellent client care begins with a strong, supportive team. We emphasize mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring our employees have the necessary resources and guidance for professional success and growth.
