Join Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) as a Behavior Technician. We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with children and want hands-on experience in behavioral health. We’ll support your development with paid training, clinical guidance, and mentorship throughout your journey. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them work toward individualized goals involving communication, social interaction, behavior, and everyday independence. What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives. Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors. ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone.
