Autism 360 is a mission-driven ABA therapy organization dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by autism. Our team of clinicians and support staff work together to provide high-quality, individualized services in a compassionate, family-centered environment. As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented ABA Scheduler to help ensure that our clients receive consistent services and our providers have well-organized schedules. The ABA Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating therapy schedules for clients and ABA providers (BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians). This role manages daily scheduling changes, works closely with families and staff, and helps maintain efficient, accurate schedules across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
