About The Position
Seeking a BT or RBT to provide home-based support to a verbal 5-year-old boy in West Babylon, New York. The child functions at a moderate level and exhibits some severe behaviors. The role calls for a patient, skilled mentor who can manage challenging behaviors and provide consistent, caring guidance during sessions. Weekly sessions and total hours are open to discussion, with post-3:30 PM start times.
Requirements
- Experience as a BT or RBT.
- Clinical confidence in handling challenging behaviors.
- Patience and skill in providing consistent, caring guidance.
- Ability to work in English.
