About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and become a true part of our family and community. We are supporting our wonderful 5-year-old boy who is verbal, full of potential, and functions at a moderate level. He does exhibit some severe behaviors and needs a patient, skilled technician who can provide consistent, loving guidance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Behavioral Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Patience and skill in managing severe behaviors.
- Ability to provide consistent guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, loving guidance to a 5-year-old boy with moderate functioning level and some severe behaviors.
- Work in a home-based setting.
