At Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC), we are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. We provide training, support, and mentorship for those starting their careers, changing career paths, or looking to gain valuable experience working with children. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is an evidence-based therapy that helps children reach their fullest potential. We offer paid training and continued support from experienced BCBAs. ABA is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives. Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors. ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone. Each session is an opportunity to help a child build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent at home and in the community.
