About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate is a natural at starting conversations, motivating others, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Daily tasks include providing feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining store organization, and achieving personal and productivity goals. The role involves interacting with people, selling shoes, and contributing to a fun and energetic store atmosphere.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Ability to talk to everyone naturally
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
