Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and passionate about fashion and shoes.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old.
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
Excellent sales and natural leadership skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Fun and outgoing personality (MUST be confident and engaging).
Interest in the latest trends, fashion, and shoes.
A desire to work hard and be successful.
Ability to talk to everyone naturally.
Experience in selling Athletic Shoes is a plus.
2 years of Cashier experience.
3 years of Customer Service experience.
2 years of Leadership experience.
