About The Position
Easterseals leads the way to full equity, inclusion, and access for people with disabilities, families, and our community. We help shape the critical first years for children with autism to set them up for success. The ABA Implementer provides direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) goals for individuals with disabilities, primarily autism, under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism, and their families preferred.
- Previous experience in early childhood care preferred (daycare setting, nanny, preschool teacher, etc).
