ABA Coordinator

About The Position
KidsPeace Maine is seeking an ABA Coordinator to support its Behavioral Services team. The role works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans, support staff, and promote positive outcomes for children with autism and behavioral challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.
- Valid driver's license required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- ABA experience and familiarity with autism and behavioral challenges preferred.
- Candidates actively pursuing BCBA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist BCBAs with behavior plans, assessments, and progress monitoring.
- Support and coach Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs).
- Monitor data collection and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams.
- Assist with staff training and behavior management strategies.
