About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life, bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism. The role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, and play, using fun, play-based activities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

Requirements

Minimum of High School diploma.
A love and Passion for working with children.
Interest in learning.
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

RBT certification.
College coursework.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (home, school, center).
Teach communication, sharing, play, and other essential skills.
Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
Bring calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism.
