About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life by bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism. The role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, play, and waiting, using fun, play-based activities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School diploma.
  • A love and passion for working with children.
  • Interest in learning.
  • Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
  • At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

  • RBT certification.
  • College coursework.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, school, center).
  • Teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, play, and waiting.
  • Utilize play-based activities to make sessions fun and engaging.
