About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This role offers a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life, bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families. The position involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, play, and waiting. The role emphasizes fun, play-based activities and provides comprehensive training to ensure staff confidence. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and Passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• College course work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, school, centers).
• Teach children how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills.
• Utilize play-based activities to teach children.
