About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This part-time opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact in a child's life. The role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, play, and waiting. The position emphasizes making sessions fun through play-based activities and requires an outgoing, energetic, and friendly demeanor. Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and Passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• College course work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, school, center).

• Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
• Provide calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism.
