About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. The role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, and centers) to teach essential life skills through play-based activities. The company offers comprehensive training, including support to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
• College coursework.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, school, centers).
• Teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills.
