About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. The company offers paid training and flexible hours, with support for obtaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials. This role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, centers) to teach essential skills through fun, play-based activities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, friendly, and passionate about working with children.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and Passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• College course work a plus.
• RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (home, school, center).
• Teach children how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills.
• Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
• Instruct children affected by autism.
