About The Position

The ABA Case Manager is a traveling position supporting clients in homes, schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional work at the San Dimas clinic. The role focuses on quality care, mentorship, and manageable caseloads. The position offers support for career growth, including a BCBA track, and welcomes BCaBA and master's-level candidates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA; the master's coursework must be from a BACB-approved VCS.
• A bachelor's degree with proof of enrollment in a master's program is acceptable.
• BCaBA certification or pursuit of BCBA certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Passion for working with children and mentoring others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct assessments such as FBA, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with the clinical team.
