About The Position

Rebound Therapies is a home and community-focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in Lansing and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. We focus on client-centered service, helping families set meaningful goals, providing evidence-based practices, and delivering services both at home and in the community. This role involves working directly with children with autism and related needs, providing one-on-one therapy, tracking progress, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Nice To Haves

• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities
