This home and community-focused therapy provider is dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence for children with autism and related needs. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team of professionals. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
- Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
- Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
- Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
- Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
- Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
