Rebound Therapies is expanding in Lansing and is looking for passionate individuals to join their team as ABA Behavior Technicians. This home and community-focused therapy provider is dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence for children with autism and related needs. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and a supportive team. Rebound Therapies emphasizes client-centered service, evidence-based practices, and offers opportunities for growth and support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
