About The Position
This ABA Apprentice program is designed for individuals who have nearly completed their degree and are accumulating supervision hours for their BCBA exam. It serves as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice, offering learning from experienced BCBAs, application of skills in clinical settings, and a personalized study plan with a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, structured mentorship, and provides clear paths for career advancement within the company, including leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
