About The Position
This ABA Apprentice program is designed to provide future BCBAs with a bridge between graduate school and independent practice. The program offers support from experienced BCBAs, hands-on learning in clinical settings, and a personalized study plan to prepare apprentices for the BCBA exam and their first BCBA role. The program emphasizes mentorship, skill development, and clear pathways for career advancement within the company, including leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
