About The Position

This ABA Apprentice program is designed for individuals who have nearly completed their degree, are accumulating supervision hours, and are preparing to take the BCBA exam. Behavioral Innovations offers this program as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice, providing opportunities to learn from experienced BCBAs, apply skills in clinical settings, and follow a personalized study plan with a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, structured mentorship, and clear pathways to becoming a BCBA and potentially moving into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles within the company.

Requirements

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
