About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice for their program designed to bridge the gap between graduate school and independent BCBA practice. This program offers future BCBAs the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, apply skills in real clinical settings, and follow a personalized study plan with a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, structured mentorship, and provides a clear path to a BCBA role within the company, with opportunities for further growth into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.

Requirements

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
