About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice for their Fort Worth Fossil Creek Treatment Center. This program is designed for individuals nearing the completion of their degree and supervision hours, preparing them to take the BCBA exam and transition into independent practice. The program offers learning from experienced BCBAs, application of skills in clinical settings, and a personalized study plan with support from a dedicated Learning & Development team. The program emphasizes tailored BCBA exam study plans, hands-on learning with experienced BCBAs, structured mentorship, and clear pathways to a BCBA role and potential leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
  • Active RBT certification
  • At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
  • Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
  • Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
