About The Position

Skyservice Business Aviation is hiring an A & P Mechanic to perform aircraft maintenance and support the company's maintenance operations. The role involves maintaining aircraft and power plant components using Company Maintenance SOPs and manufacturer/OEM-approved data, with the goal of ensuring airworthiness. The mechanic will follow safety procedures, maintain accurate repair records, operate equipment safely, and communicate with management, team members, and customers. The position may also involve on-call airline maintenance, with additional income for each event, and AOG maintenance when requested by customers.

Requirements

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) rating.
• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with King Air aircraft.
• Experience with single-engine piston aircraft.
• Light corporate jet experience.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace aircraft and power plant components in accordance with Company Maintenance SOPs and manufacturer/OEM-approved data.
• Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved data to ensure airworthiness.
• Follow applicable specifications and safety procedures when completing maintenance tasks.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain proficient records of repairs.
• Use and operate equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers.
• Perform on-call airline maintenance; additional income is provided for each event.
• Perform AOG maintenance when requested by customers.
