About The Position

Skyservice is a North American business aviation company providing aircraft management, charter, maintenance, sales, and fixed-based operator services in Canada and the United States. The A & P Mechanic performs aircraft maintenance and supports airworthiness, safety, and customer service. The role includes on-call airline maintenance, with additional income for each event, and AOG maintenance when requested by customers.

Requirements

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) rating.
• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with King Air, single-engine piston aircraft, or light corporate jets.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace aircraft and power plant components according to company maintenance SOPs and manufacturer/OEM-approved data.
• Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved data to ensure airworthiness.
• Follow applicable specifications and safety procedures when completing maintenance tasks.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Use and operate equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers.
• Perform on-call airline maintenance and AOG maintenance when requested by customers.
