About The Position
We are seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This position offers a guaranteed 10% increase over your current income, with additional compensation for warranty work and every MPI performed. Our shop consistently operates above 100% proficiency, supported by an amazing team culture, collaboration, and quarterly challenges. The dealership facility is new, built just three years ago, and features a brand new, air-conditioned shop with heated floors, custom toolboxes, a dedicated tool room, and specialized equipment. The role requires strong discipline in documentation, process adherence without supervision, effective communication, and a drive to maintain high proficiency levels.
Requirements
- A-Level Technician status
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking and supporting documentation
- Ability to follow a process without supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Driven to maintain 90% Proficiency and above
- Professionalism
- Ability to work well with your team
