The Farmers Daughter Restaurant at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale hospitality environment. An exemplary work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for providing superior customer service are necessary for all applicants. Applicants with experience working for first-class hospitality organizations will be strongly considered. Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. The right candidate will be passionate about food and service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a Server in a fine dining restaurant setting. We are hiring part-time year-round; this is not a seasonal position. We are looking for someone to work 3-4 shifts per week with the availability to work AM & PM weekdays and weekends. Shifts are: Monday - Saturday (11:00AM - 4:00PM) Monday - Saturday (4:00PM - 10:00PM) Sundays Only - (8:00AM - 4:00PM) & (4:00PM - 10:00PM) This position will require you to complete a Responsible Alcohol Management Program to obtain RAMP certification prior to 90 days of employment The base pay for this position is $2.83 per hour + tips.
