About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org) is seeking a part-time 6th Grade Classroom Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is an in-person, on-site position located in Jacksonville, FL, requiring 13 hours per week. The role involves teaching in a classical and Catholic classroom setting. While formal teaching certification or experience is not required, applicants must be living the Catholic faith and able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church. The academy provides training on curriculum, grading, instruction, and classroom management according to RCA standards. Center hours are Mondays and Thursdays only, from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm. Childcare/nursery is provided for staff. Sick day accommodations are made as needed, but no additional vacation days are given.

Requirements

• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day.
• Must have received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
• Able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Deep love for the Catholic faith.
• Standard computer skills (ideally with Google Suite or an equivalent) are a plus.
• Must have a clear background check.
