The Lead Teacher Role is central to Alma's success. Lead teachers ensure every scholar in their grade level achieves at high levels and develops essential success habits, creating a powerful learning experience. Responsibilities include planning and teaching effective lessons, collaborating within grade-level and curricular teams, and building strong relationships with Alma families. Teachers receive ample support while maintaining the autonomy to make decisions that benefit their scholars. Alma is committed to supporting teachers' long-term professional growth and career goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher required
- Proven effectiveness leading all students to significant academic gains
