About The Position
The 6th Grade Cheerleading Coach is responsible for developing fundamental cheerleading skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting positive sportsmanship among student-athletes. This position includes planning and leading practices, supervising students, and working collaboratively with school staff and families.
Requirements
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and foster a supportive, encouraging team culture
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to modeling integrity, teamwork, and good sportsmanship
- Ability to supervise students and maintain a safe environment
- Must pass all required background checks
Nice To Haves
- Previous coaching experience preferred, especially at the youth or middle-school level
