Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, assisting with COA audit preparation, processing registrations, updating client files in multiple systems (Sales Force, ServTracker, Wellsky), and maintaining Excel databases for billing and tracking purposes. The role also involves generating reports using Serv Tracker and performing other duties as assigned.
