About The Position

Creative STEAM is seeking an energetic and experienced Elementary Teacher to lead a 5th-grade class. This part-time, on-site role involves assessing students' academic levels, designing instruction to meet individual and group needs, and fostering a love of exploration and discovery. The teacher will be responsible for curriculum development, teaching ELA, Math, Social Studies, History, and Economics, facilitating communication, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
Problem-solving and mediation skills

Responsibilities
