Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic and professional attitude
- Cash handling experience and management of cash and credit reconciliation a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented to reach or exceed sales milestones
- Genuine enthusiasm for community involvement within the sports and entertainment world
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb up and down stairs multiple times during shift
- You have the ability to, and you enjoy building strong relationships with external customers
- You are passionate about Sports and Entertainment
- You have strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure excellent customer care to both internal and external clients
- You thrive working independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
- You have effective oral and written communication skills.
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Actively sell, handle, and distribute 50/50 raffle tickets using a mobile handheld during and prior to Bakersfield Condors hockey games
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with Bakersfield Condors regarding the 50/50 Raffle and the Condors Community Foundation in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately reconcile sales with cash and credit card totals per game
- Effectively meet and exceed established sales goals
- Be a Bakersfield Condors ambassador during games and get fans excited about participating in the 50/50 raffle
- Perform other duties as assigned
