Requirements
- Able to perform mildly strenuous activity for several hours at a time
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Passion for the sports and entertainment industry
- Schedule flexibility to work game nights; will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on AHL schedule
- Ability to build strong relationships with external customers
- Passionate about Sports and Entertainment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure excellent customer care to both internal and external clients
- Ability to execute exceptional organizational skills in the face of tight deadlines and multiple demands.
- Thrive working independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills in addition to a strong telephone presence.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing in a suit as a school or business mascot will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of hockey and/or Condors events will be considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing in one of two mascot suits and embodies the character during all Condors home games, community events and special appearances.
Benefits
- This role is budgeted to start at $16.90.
