Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid Arkansas teaching license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to employment
  • Passion for helping Title I and multilingual learners in underserved communities achieve academic success and prepare for college
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and employment screenings
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction
  • Adaptability and willingness to implement an established, rigorous curriculum
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and contribute positively to a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AMS curriculum standards to provide differentiated instruction for students performing both above and below grade level.
  • Attend weekly professional development sessions, grade-level meetings, and professional learning communities.
  • Communicate regularly with families and facilitate parent-teacher conferences to support student growth both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborate with administrators and support staff to create a learning environment focused on meeting students' academic and behavioral needs.
  • Use measurable data to monitor student progress and implement instructional strategies that drive achievement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional practices and school procedures across the network.
  • Implement PBIS and proactive intervention strategies to support students' social-emotional development and foster a positive learning environment.
