About The Position

BridgePrep Academy of ChampionsGate is hiring a full-time teacher for the 2026–27 school year to teach 4th Grade English Language Arts, Writing, and Social Studies. The teacher will deliver standards-aligned daily instruction using interactive reading, structured writing workshops, and cross-curricular projects. The role includes designated planning time, instructional coaching, grade-level planning sessions, and network-wide professional development. The teacher will maintain schoolwide behavior routines and create a safe, respectful, joyful classroom that balances high academic expectations with social-emotional support. They will differentiate instruction for ESOL, ESE, and intervention groups, use assessment data to track student growth, update gradebooks weekly, communicate with families, and participate in team meetings and duties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (K-6) or English (5-9), with ESOL endorsement or eligibility.
Successful completion of a Florida Level 2 background screening.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience teaching upper-elementary ELA, writing, or social studies in a charter or public school setting.
Reading Endorsement or a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, Reading, or Curriculum & Instruction.

Responsibilities
