About The Position

Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Tire Loader / Unloader and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to efficient shipping, receiving, and materials handling processes. As a key player on the third shift, you’ll be responsible for safely loading and unloading tires and related materials, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy. This position offers an engaging work experience with opportunities to develop your skills in heavy equipment. Positions are available for quick start on the 3rd Shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime available. You will be loading and unloading tires using pallet jacks. Pay is commission-based, meaning you get paid per trailer you complete per day. The work you do is appreciated and compensated for. Earn up to $200 a day, or $1000 a week commission after completing your first week of training. Trailers range from $40-$100/truck, with payout determined by the weight of the load. Average lumpers make $700-$1,000 a week. The amount of work you put in directly determines your paycheck. Requirements

• Must have reliable and constant transportation
• Self-responsibility
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload tires using a manual pallet Jack, adhering to all safety protocols
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety procedures diligently during all warehouse activities
• Support warehouse management by maintaining organized storage areas and updating warehouse management system records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of load & unload operations while prioritizing safety and efficiency
