Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • 2-4 years’ experience in administrative, accounting, customer service, or related fields
  • Superior problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment
  • Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial and administrative processes

Nice To Haves

  • a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
  • Prior remarketing, automotive, or financial services experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and settle Remarketing sales in UVIMS
  • Monitor ACH remittances, perform follow-up as needed, and conduct Bills of Sale (BOS) audits
  • Process vendor invoices and applicable pass-through charges
  • Manage redemption transactions for clients
  • Maintain and update records in AutoIMS, UVIMS, and the RBH Portal
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account variances, and settlement issues
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding proceeds, payments, redemptions, and account status
  • Support accounting, administrative, and operational activities related to Remarketing
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
