Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in third-party collections (charge off) within a call center environment.
• 1+ years of 3rd-party call center collections experience.
• Strong communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation tactics.
• Interpersonal Savvy: Ability to build rapport, de-escalate tough conversations, and resolve complex account issues.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Professionalism: High ethical standards, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
