3rd Grade Educational Assistant
About The Position
The Prairie School is seeking a full-time Educational Assistant to support our 3rd Grade team beginning in August 2026. This role is ideal for a caring and energetic educator who enjoys working with young learners in a collaborative and student-centered environment. As an Educational Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for students. Working alongside classroom teachers, you will help foster a supportive atmosphere where children feel encouraged to explore, grow, and reach their full potential.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an educational or school setting
- A passion for helping young learners grow and succeed
- High School Diploma required
- An enthusiastic and patient educator who enjoys working with elementary-aged students
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- A flexible and proactive self-starter who is organized, reliable, and engaged in the school community
