About The Position

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong 3D visualization skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in producing high-quality designs, preparing execution drawings, and managing multiple projects, particularly within luxury projects. This role requires a strong understanding of finishing details and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software (V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit)
• Strong skills in realistic rendering
• Ability to prepare shop drawings / execution drawings
• Strong understanding of execution details and finishing works
• Proficient in English
• Experience working on Luxury Projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Experience in site execution or supervision is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts and high-quality 3D visualizations
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and execution drawings
• Produce realistic renderings using industry-standard software
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate implementation of design details
• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications and finishing standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Participate in site visits and provide support during execution phases when required
