About The Position

Steinhafels is seeking passionate and creative Interior Designers to join their dynamic team. This is a full commission sales position with unlimited earning potential, plus an additional $15/hour bonus on top of commissions during the first 4 pay periods of training. Requirements

Strong sales abilities and high personal integrity
The creative talent needed to translate your vision into a presentation that will meet your client’s needs and drive sales
The ability to work both in-store and in customers’ homes
The ability to manage multiple projects and customers concurrently
Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs including weekends and holidays
Experience with 2D and 3D space planning
Experience with palette selections and textiles
DMV record must meet insurability requirements

Nice To Haves

Minimum of an associate’s degree in interior design
Extensive experience and training in a design field

Responsibilities
