About The Position

As part of our continued growth, Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners, leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. Together, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace. We are on the lookout for a 3D Artist to join our Design Department.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in 3D design and modeling, supported by a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max
• Strong modeling skills and ability to work effectively with references
• Solid understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering
• Experience with Redshift, Octane, or other rendering engines
• Good understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
• Proficiency in Photoshop and experience with post-production of 3D renders
• Attention to detail and ability to follow briefs while suggesting creative ideas
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Nice To Haves

• Animation or motion design skills
• Experience with digital marketing projects

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets, icons, graphical elements, environments, and characters for product needs, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets based on project and campaign requirements.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual style across different projects, brands, and formats.
• Develop visuals that are aligned with the brand and maintain visual consistency.
• Contribute to the development of visual concepts and creative solutions.
• Interpret design briefs and references and turn them into visually compelling 3D assets.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and concept development.
• Stay updated with relevant 3D design trends, tools, and techniques.
