About The Position

Intercept Health is a family-owned agency serving various mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. This is a 10-month contract role with summer months off. The agency has evolved since 1996 to fill gaps and meet the service needs of families and communities throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, with a mission to help people grow and live their healthiest lives. The 360 Program Supervisor will supervise 360 Therapeutic Aides, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues. They will also perform and supervise the delivery of 360 services to clients, ensuring effective leadership-based management of the program with an emphasis on high-quality care. Collaboration with other Intercept Health departments is expected, as is orienting new 360 Therapeutic Aides. The supervisor will secure staff to cover vacancies and may fill in for shifts as needed. Direction, encouragement, and training will be provided to 360 Therapeutic Aides.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and related experience in the human services field.
At least 5 years experience in the human services field without a degree and management experience in any field.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise 360 Therapeutic Aides including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary issues.
Perform and supervise the delivery of 360 services to clients.
Ensure effective leadership-based management of the 360 program with an emphasis on high quality care.
Work collaboratively with all Intercept Health departments to provide services, as needed.
Orient new 360 Therapeutic Aides to the program.
Secure staff to cover vacancies in the schedule due to staff absences and no-shows, and potentially fill in for those shifts as needed.
Provide direction, encouragement, and training to 360 Therapeutic Aides in the performance of their duties.
